While we strive to verify all sustainability claims by partners and providers to the best of our ability, it's important to note that we may not be able to verify all claims 100% due to our status as a non-accredited agency. However, we collaborate with accredited organizations and third-party certifiers to strengthen our verification procedures. While not all partners may have the opportunity to purchase such verification services immediately, we encourage and incentivize them to do so to.

We are continuously developing and enhancing our ESG criteria to keep pace with advancements in sustainability practices and uphold stringent standards of verification and transparency. We regularly review and update our platform and policies, including our technologies, procedures, Terms & Conditions, and our Code of Conduct to reflect best practices, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements. We encourage feedback, suggestions, and ideas from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Additionally, we are committed to measuring and reporting our individual and collective results to identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability in achieving our sustainability goals.

3. Code of Conduct for Partners and Suppliers


At Fellow Future, we extend our commitment to responsible business practices to all entities we collaborate with. We expect our partners and suppliers to align with our core values and principles, ensuring ethical conduct, respect for human rights, and environmental stewardship throughout their operations. Together, we strive to build mutually beneficial relationships based on transparency, accountability, and shared goals.


  • Starting point: The basis for all actions is to always follow national legislation and regulations in the countries where we operate. Business partners and suppliers must comply with all laws and regulations that are applicable to their operations, as well as set corresponding requirements for their supply chains. By working together and adhering to this code we demonstrate our joint commitment and strive to build trust, credibility, and success.

  • Follow up and Compliance: Partners and suppliers covered by this code must be able to confirm that they have read and understood the code, and are willing to comply with it. At the request of Fellow Future, partners and suppliers must provide documentary evidence confirming their status in matters relating to sustainability and responsible business practices. If the partner and supplier deviates from the code, and if improvements do not take place within an agreed period, Fellow Future may terminate the business cooperation. Any violation can be reported via our whistleblowing service. Violation of this code may endanger the business relationship with Fellow Future and will lead to Fellow Future taking appropriate measures.
