Fellow Future AB with registration number 559167-9179 (”we”, ”us”) is the “controller” and is responsible for the personal data processed about you. For us, your trust is of the outmost importance, and it forms the basis of our entire platform and business. We respect your privacy, and we are committed to ensure that your personal data is protected.

We have drawn up this policy to inform you about how we process your personal data according to law and we let you know what your privacy rights are and how you are protected. This includes any data you may provide when you register as a User, apply to become a Partner, sign up to our newsletter, mailing list, make a purchase or take part in a competition or alike. 

 

1. Personal Information We Process About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which includes the following:

  • Legal Obligation Data: Personal data because you have entered an agreement with us, by using our platform, or to safeguard legal claims.
  • Identity & Contact Data: First and last name, username, date of birth, gender; job title and area of expertise, name of organization/employer, billing address and delivery address, email and phone numbers.
  • Profile & Usage Data: Username & password, your purchases and orders, interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses; how you use our website, and the different products/services that you click on.
  • Technical Data IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, platform technology and other tech to access our website.
  • Financial & Transaction Data: bank account, payment card; details about payments and transactions to and from you and the products, education, and/or services you have sold or purchased from us and our sellers.
  • Social Network Data: data related to social network features on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Marketing & Communications Data: email, name, job title, company/organization, and area of expertise, based on your own preferences in receiving marketing and personalized information.

 

As a contact person to a company or legal entity we collect and use personal data to develop our business relationship with your company or legal entity, and to tailor our communication and offers according to your needs and wishes.

We also collect, use, and share statistical or demographic data. For example, we use tools such as Google Analytics to calculate the number and percentage of people visiting our site, signing up for our newsletter, email list, or accessing a specific feature, product/service and/or category. This data is not considered personal data and will not directly or indirectly reveal your personal identity.

We do not include any data where your identity has been removed and should remain anonymous, and we do not collect any details about your race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, political opinions, professional memberships and affiliations, your health, genetic or biometric data. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences related to you.

  • Register as a buyer and create an account (individual/organization)
  • Subscribe to our Service (PaaS), our email list or newsletter
  • Request direct marketing and specific offers to be sent to you
  • Enter a webinar, competition, promotion, survey; or
  • Give us feedback, a review, or contact us.


As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect personal data about you and your technical devise, your browsing actions and patterns. We collect this data by using cookies, server logs and other technologies. We may receive technical data about you if you visit other websites employing cookies. We will receive personal and aggregated data about you from various third parties and public sources including product/service providers, information search and analytics providers such as Google; advertising or social media networks and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We collect contact, financial and transaction data from providers of technical, payment, logistic and delivery services (nShift, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Swish).

4. Who do we disclose your data to?

We do not store or share any credit or debit card information with any third party and we do not disclose your data to other people or organizations unless required by law or deemed necessary to perform our obligations towards you.  However, our website include links to the third-party websites. Clicking on those may allow third parties to collect or share your data. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy policy/statements.

 

5. Use of Third-Party Platforms


Fellow Future may integrate with various third-party platforms through their API to enhance user experience and functionality. One such integration is with Joonze.com for hotel bookings. When utilizing these integrated services, please note that your personal data may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of these third-party platforms. While we strive to ensure the protection of your data, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these platforms before engaging with them. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the handling of your data, please contact us.


6. International Transfers

Currently, we are only doing business in Sweden and Europe. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA.

 

7. Security & Integrity


Your security is our top priority and we have taken appropriate measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access and processing. We regularly analyse and evaluate the measures to ensure that protection of your data is as safe as possible. We limit access to your personal data to third parties, and they are all subject to a duty of confidentiality. We will notify you of any any such situation as required by law.

Protect yourself agains scams and phishing. Be vigilant against spam messages, emails, and phone calls, as fraudsters often use these communication methods to steal personal and financial information. To safeguard yourself, we recommend the following:

  • Avoid responding to messages or phone calls from unknown sources: Do not reply to suspicious messages or calls.
  • Avoid clicking on links in emails or text messages from unknown origins: Verify the legitimacy of the message before taking any action.
  • Report any suspicious activity to us; Our customer service team is here to assist you.


Please inform us if you:

  • Were contacted by an unknown third party claiming to be a courier requesting additional shipping fees.
  • Were contacted by a seller claiming to be from Fellow Future, asking you to make transactions via channels outside of our platform (QR code, e-wallet, bank transfer, Bank ID, etc.).
  • Were deceived into purchasing goods or initiating payments/transactions on a fake website/app resembling Fellow Future, with a message claiming you have won something.
  • Received messages from an unknown number offering financial services or a part-time job, asking for personal information (e.g., your Future Platform account information or transaction number).
  • Received a call from an unknown number requesting you to disclose/verify your personal information or offering an unsolicited refund.


Kindly reach out to us immediately if you come across the following:

  • Suspected Fake Advertisements or Accounts: Have you encountered fake advertisements, posts, or accounts on social media, or identified fake websites or software imitating Fellow Future? Your input is valuable for us to take necessary actions.
  • Unauthorized Use of Fellow Future's Content: Are you noticing the unauthorized use of Fellow Future's content by individuals or entities not associated with us? We aim to preserve control over our material and brand.
  • Fraud Resulting in Financial Loss: If you have fallen victim to fraud leading to financial losses, please contact us promptly for assistance with investigation and remedial measures.


Your reports are crucial for maintaining a secure environment. Contact our customer service, and we will thoroughly investigate your reports to ensure that your information remains safe and protected. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping Future Platform a secure space for all users.


8. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, which includes the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements related to our agreement.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data; the purposes for which we process your data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; the applicable legal, accounting, or other requirements.

In the event of a dispute, we process your personal data that may be needed to establish, exercise, and monitor legal claims. As a preventive security measure, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your personal data. The personal data is stored until the claim has been established and decisions or the like have gained legal force.

 

9. Your Responsibilities & Rights

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship and contractual agreement with us. If you fail to provide your personal data when requested, we may not be able to perform according to the agreement we have or are trying to enter with you. In this case, we may have to cancel your membership agreement. 

When we process personal data about you, you as a registered user and/or partner contact you have a number of rights. You have the right to contact us at any time with respect to these, and if you have questions or wish to exercise any of the rights below, email us at info@fellowfuture.com.

We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you contact the IMY, so please contact us and we will try to solve it first.


As we are constantly working to improve our business, this policy may change from time to time, but as a user and member of our network, you can always request to cancel our agreement and delete your account. We will always get your consent before sending any third party direct marketing communications to you via email etc. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To access your personal data is free of charge, however, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. As an alternative we could refuse to comply with your request. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is complex or you have more than one request. In such a case, we will notify you on potential costs.
