We have drawn up this policy to inform you about how we process your personal data according to law and we let you know what your privacy rights are and how you are protected. This includes any data you may provide when you register as a User, apply to become a Partner, sign up to our newsletter, mailing list, make a purchase or take part in a competition or alike.

We collect contact, financial and transaction data from providers of technical, payment, logistic and delivery services (nShift, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Swish).

Fellow Future may integrate with various third-party platforms through their API to enhance user experience and functionality. One such integration is with Joonze.com for hotel bookings. When utilizing these integrated services, please note that your personal data may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of these third-party platforms. While we strive to ensure the protection of your data, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these platforms before engaging with them. 7. International Transfers
Currently, we are only doing business in Sweden and Europe. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA.
8. Security & Integrity
Your security is our top priority and we have taken appropriate measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access and processing. We regularly analyse and evaluate the measures to ensure that protection of your data is as safe as possible. We limit access to your personal data to third parties, and they are all subject to a duty of confidentiality. We will notify you of any any such situation as required by law.
Protect yourself agains scams and phishing. Be vigilant against spam messages, emails, and phone calls, as fraudsters often use these communication methods to steal personal and financial information. To safeguard yourself, we recommend the following:
- Avoid responding to messages or phone calls from unknown sources: Do not reply to suspicious messages or calls.

- Were contacted by a seller claiming to be from Fellow Future, asking you to make transactions via channels outside of our platform (QR code, e-wallet, bank transfer, Bank ID, etc.).
- Were deceived into purchasing goods or initiating payments/transactions on a fake website/app resembling Fellow Future, with a message claiming you have won something.
- Received messages from an unknown number offering financial services or a part-time job, asking for personal information (e.g., your Future Platform account information or transaction number).
- Received a call from an unknown number requesting you to disclose/verify your personal information or offering an unsolicited refund.
Kindly reach out to us immediately if you come across the following:
- Suspected Fake Advertisements or Accounts: Have you encountered fake advertisements, posts, or accounts on social media, or identified fake websites or software imitating Fellow Future? Your input is valuable for us to take necessary actions.
- Unauthorized Use of Fellow Future's Content: Are you noticing the unauthorized use of Fellow Future's content by individuals or entities not associated with us? We aim to preserve control over our material and brand.
- Fraud Resulting in Financial Loss: If you have fallen victim to fraud leading to financial losses, please contact us promptly for assistance with investigation and remedial measures.

9. Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, which includes the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements related to our agreement.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data; the purposes for which we process your data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; the applicable legal, accounting, or other requirements.
In the event of a dispute, we process your personal data that may be needed to establish, exercise, and monitor legal claims. As a preventive security measure, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your personal data. The personal data is stored until the claim has been established and decisions or the like have gained legal force.
10. Your Responsibilities & Rights
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship and contractual agreement with us. If you fail to provide your personal data when requested, we may not be able to perform according to the agreement we have or are trying to enter with you. In this case, we may have to cancel your membership agreement.

- Right to information – You have the right to receive information about how we process your personal data.
- Right of access – You have the right to contact us and request to know what kind of personal data we process about you.
- Right to correction – You have the right to have incorrect information corrected and supplemented with correct information. As a general rule, you also have the right to receive information about where we have obtained the incorrect information.
- Right to deletion / Right to restrict processing – Under certain conditions, you have the right to have your information deleted or demand that we restrict processing.

As we are constantly working to improve our business, this policy may change from time to time, but as a user and member of our network, you can always request to cancel our agreement and delete your account. We will always get your consent before sending any third party direct marketing communications to you via email etc. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To access your personal data is free of charge, however, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. As an alternative we could refuse to comply with your request. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is complex or you have more than one request. In such a case, we will notify you on potential costs.
